God of War 4

It's been a few years since a new GoW game has been announced. Sony did release a HD version of God of War 3 last year, but the last new game in the series, God of War: Ascension, saw release in early 2013. So why do we think an announcement will take place during E3? Well, not so long ago, we've seen the appearance of some concept art on Neogaf, featuring – among other things – a bearded Kratos.

Alan Wake 2

Ever since Alan Wake was released in 2010, fans have been asking for a sequel. Developer Remedy did listen and released Alan Wake’s American Nightmare on Xbox Arcade. But the game lacked the atmosphere present in the first game. It just was not what we asked for. However, recent rumors have it that with Quantum Break released, Remedy is already preparing to reveal its next big game. Also, an unannounced project has been mentioned by several Remedy employees on their Linkedin profiles. This could very well be Alan Wake 2.
The gameplay is from a version of Alan Wake 2 that was cancelled. Remedy started working on Quantum Break instead.

Next Read Dead game

It has been 6 years since the release Red Dead Redemption. I am sure Rockstar has been working on a sequel for quite some time. The game was a huge success, winning many of Game of the Year awards and selling more than 14 million units worldwide. Now that all DLCs for GTAV are released, it's probably the right time for Rockstar to reveal their next big game, and it might be related to the Red Dead series Why? Because a map that allegedly showed Red Dead Redemption 2 was recently leaked by Neogaf.
Rockstar’s parent company Take-Two has said that it has something big planned for this year’s E3.

Resident Evil 7

We all know that Capcom is working on Resident Evil 7 and have been for quite some time. And we know that with the game, the publisher is planning to take the series back to its survival-horror roots. In recent years, the publisher has been re-releases old Resident Evil games and has several re-releaseses planned for this year. Additionally, Capcom is currently developing Umbrella Corps, a fast-paced action game that is more Call of Duty than Resident Evil. Capcom revealed in a recent report that it is planning a “full-scale offensive” for the second half of the fiscal year. I am sure it includes Resident Evil 7. And E3 would be the perfect time to reveal it.

Resident Evil 6

Dino Crisis

This one is a little far–fetched, I know. There were rumors during the previous E3s that a sequel to Capcom's Dino Crisis series, released more than 10 years ago, was in the works. According to rumor, the publisher has been working on the game for quite some time. Maybe it will be announced this year? Maybe…
